*All dates and time below are in Japan Standard Time
The membership cancellation screen has changed due to the "smartEX App" and "Express Ride App" update on June 29 (Mon).
You will not be able to use the previous version of the "smartEX App" and "Express Ride App" after July 31 (Fri) JST.
To use the App after July 31 (Fri) JST, please make sure to update the App when an update guidance dialogue is displayed at a startup of the App. If you cannot update, please login from the website.
*Note that the date of update is subject to change without notice.
*There will be no changes to the App operation after update.
