How to change/refund discounted round-trip fare

Regardless of "outbound" or "return" on the reservation screen, you can board either one first.

How to Change Discounted Round-trip Fare

Two types of changes can be made to discounted round-trip fares; "Entire trip" or "One-way only".

Change "Entire Trip"

You may make changes to the "entire trip" if it is prior to the scheduled departure time of the outbound trip and neither the outbound trip nor the return trip has yet been used.

Tap "My Trips" from the menu and select "Change" of the reservation you want to change (either outbound or return trip).

Confirm the reservation details of round-trip. Tap "Entire trip" and the procedure afterward will be same as making a reservation for a round-trip fare.

Change One-way Only

You can also change only one-way of the selected reservation.

Tap "My Trips" from the menu and select "Change" of the reservation you want to change.

Confirm the reservation details of round-trip. Tap "Outbound/Return trip only" and the procedure afterward will be same as making a reservation for a round-trip fare.

How to Refund Discounted Round-tip Fare

Two types of cancellation can be made to discounted round-trip fares; "Entire trip" or "Outbound/Return trip only".

Cancel "Entire Trip"

You may cancel the "Entire trip" if it is prior to the scheduled departure time of both outbound and return trip and neither the outbound nor the return trip ticket has yet been used or picked up.

Cancel One-way Only

If the ticket for outbound or return trip is already used or picked up, or the departure time has already passed, you may only cancel "Outbound trip only" or "Return trip only".
