We will change the pick-up period for the ticket reserved through the Tokaido Sanyo Kyushu Shinkansen Online Reservation Service.
The ticket reserved through the Tokaido Sanyo Kyushu Shinkansen Online Reservation Service can be picked up at major stations of JR Central, JR West, and JR Kyushu, as well as at some ticket machines at JR East stations.
Please note that the pick-up period for tickets at ticket machines has been changed as follows.

Initially, we announced that the payment period would change from July 23rd (Tuesday). Due to system issues, this has been changed from July 30th (Tuesday).
