*All dates and time below are in Japan Standard Time.
The “smartEX APP” and “Express Ride App” can be updated to the newest version from Tuesday, March 18th.
You will not be able to use the previous version of the “smartEX App” and “Express Ride App” after Tuesday, March 18th.
To use the App after Tuesday, March 18th, please make sure to update the App when an update guidance dialogue is displayed at a startup of the App.
If the latest version of the App is not reflected in the App store, please wait for a while and try again.
The following OSs can use the updated app.
*System Requirements
iOS：17，18
Android：6～15
Operation checks are performed on iOS 17,18 , Android 12,13,14.
*Tablets equipped with supported OS can be used, but the screen has not been optimized for tablet devices.
*The app is not available on feature phones equipped with Android, or "raku-raku" (user-friendly) smart phones.
*Operation is not guaranteed, even on the OS that have completed operation checks. Even if you are using a device equipped with OS that have completed operational checks, the app may not be available depending on your operating environment and model-specific characteristics.
