* Due to system maintenance, you cannot book "Shinkansen Travel Packages" from 3:00am to 5:00am on the 4th Wednesday of every month. If you change trains at this time, please log in to the EX service membership site and change your reservation.
* The dates and times of system maintenance may change depending on the progress.
