Q.If I refund (or change) my reservation, when will my account be credited?
After completion of the refund (or change*) operation, the refund data will promptly be sent to the card company. However, the refund date will vary depending on the credit card settlement date and payment date.
*In case of a change, a refund for the fare before the change will be made in principle only after payment for the fare after the change has been settled using the credit card for payment. The refund will be credited to the credit card by which payment was made for the reservation.
Please be advised in advance that if your registered card is a debit card or prepaid card, it may take some days before the refund is credited to your account by the card company after completion of the refund (or change) operation, due to the settlement system.
