Q.I have forgotten my login password (of 4 to 8 digits) for this service. Can I still pick up my tickets?
You can pick up your tickets reserved through this Service at ticket vending machines and ticket counters of major stations of JR Central and JR West. When picking up your tickets, you will need your “pickup code (*1)(*2)” and “login password for this Service (4- to 8-digit alphabets, numbers, and symbols).” However, at ticket offices in stations, you can pick up your tickets by signing instead of providing a password.
If you cannot pick up your tickets from a reserved seat ticket vending machine because you have forgotten your password, please either re-register your password or pick up your tickets at a ticket counter of JR Central, JR West or JR Kyushu station.
(*1) A “pickup code” consist of a QR code and 16-digit alphabets and numbers and is required to pick up tickets. After logging in, please select “Confirm, change and refund reservations” on the main menu, then select “Issue a pickup code.”
