Q.I’m trying to reserve a seat near the smoking room, but my desired class of service is not shown on the screen. What should I do?
No seats near the smoking room are available for Green (First class) seats on Mizuho, Sakura, and Tsubame, and for ordinary car reserved seats on some of the Kodama trains. If you are planning to use any of these trains or classes of service, please make reservations by selecting a non-smoking seat.
