When you are reserving through this service, you can reserve a wheelchair accessible seat for the following trains and sections only.

Trains available for reservation: “Nozomi” on the Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen lines only.
Sections available for reservation: Between “Nozomi” stops
Seats available for reservation: Car 11 Seat 13-A, 13-B(*)
*Car 11 Seat 13-B is for a passenger who is a wheelchair user. Seat A in row 13 on car No. 11 is for his/her assistant.
*The period for puchase is from ５:30 am 28 days prior to boarding date, up to 4 minutes before the depature time shown in the time table.
Sections available for reservation: Between “Nozomi” stops
