Q.[Requests] I changed my registered email address after making a pre-sale/after-hours request and did not receive a request result email to the new email address.

Request result emails for pre-sale/after-hours requests are sent to the email address(es) tha are registered at the time of such requests.
If you change your registered email address after making a pre-sale/after-hours request, email is not sent to the new email address.

In this case, you can view the result of your pre-sale/after-hours request(s) by logging in and accessing the My Trips screen from the main menu.
