You can view the details of your pre-sale request or after-hours request by accessing "View After-hours/Pre-sale" from My Trips on the menu screen (we do not send pre-sale request confirmation emails).
Note that you cannot check your seat preference on the "View After-hours/Pre-sale" screen.
