Q.A one-time password has not been emailed to my registered email address. What should I do?

If you do not receive an email to your registered email address(es), you need to re-register your membership. Go to the login screen and press the "Register" button to start the registration process. Ensure that you enter your email address correctly.

Note that if you re-register as a member, you are assigned an updated membership ID and your previous membership ID is disabled. When registering, please make sure that your email settings are appropriately configured so that emails are not filtered out by anti-spam features.

- Ensure that emails sent from "yoyaku@expy.jp" are directed to your inbox.
- Ensure that emails containing URLs can be received.
*If you are unsure about your mailbox settings, consult your mobile phone service provider.

You cannot register for membership if you have reservations that have not yet been used, or where you have already entered the ticket gate. If you have reservations that have not yet been used, or where you have already entered the ticket gate, you need to print out your tickets or have the matter arranged at the station so that your reservations show as being used. Please claim a refund for any reservations that will not be used (note that a refund fee will be charged). It takes a few days between all reservations and refunds being cleared as completed and you being able to re-register for membership.

Please register two or more valid email addresses, because if you cannot receive emails (including emails that inform you one-time password) from this Service after membership registration, you won’t be able to have the pickup code (which is required for you to pick up your tickets) issued or to change your card.
