Q.What do I need to pick up my tickets?
You will need the "pickup code" and the login password(4-8 alphanumeric characters) to pick up tickets .
The pickup code is "QR code"or"16 digits". For details about the "pickup code", please see here.
You can pick up your tickets at ticket vending machines on or after the 7th day before the boarding date. If you wish to pick up your tickets on or before the 8th day before the boarding date, your tickets will be issued at a ticket office at your request.
