Q.Once I have boarded the Shinkansen, can I extend my travel to a station beyond the station where I originally planned to disembark?
You cannot use this Service to make changes while boarding on the Shinkansen. If you are extending your travel, you will need to pay the normal fare/charge (which is not eligible for discount) separately on the Shinkansen for the extended boarding sections.
