Q.What should I do if I forget my registered IC card?
Please pick up your tickets from ticket vending machines with the "pickup code(*)".
To pick up tickets, you will need the password (4 to 8 digit alphanumerical symbol) for this Service login in addition to the "receipt code".
Note that you will not be allowed to board by simply showing the "Reservation Complete" screen on your device.
* When you make a reservation for multiple seats, the QR-Tikcet will be issued for each seat.
* The "pickup code" is QR code or 16 digits that is necessary for picking up tickets.
