Q.Can I change the email address, credit card information, IC card information and password I used when I registered for membership?
Your membership information can be changed from "Membership info." screen.
* You can make changes to your membership info. 24 hours a day. However changes to IC card information cannot take place between 0:00 am - 1:00 am (JST) and are only allowed if you have no active reservation (i.e., you have not entered the ticket gate).
One-time password will be required when changing your membership info. If you do no receive the email with one-time password, confirm the details from here.
