Throughout the year
This service is not available during busy periods (Golden Week, Obon, and the New Year's holiday) due to exclusion days.
Launch period
From 0:00 (6 days prior to boarding date) to 23:30 (the day before).
- The number of available tickets is limited for each boarding date, and reservations may not be made.

Non-reserved seats in ordinary cars of "Hikari" and "Kodama"

- There are also settings for children.
Reservation change
- If the new riding date is more than 3 days ahead of the reservation change, you can change to "EX Hayatoku 1".
However, only when the conditions for setting this product are met and seats remain. It is also possible to change to other products that can be purchased at the time of the change, but the difference is necessary. - If the number of reservations is reduced, a refund fee (320 Yen per person) will be charged.
Other
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
- You cannot get off halfway. If you get off at a train station in the middle of the way, the section that you did not ride will be voided and you will not be able to ride again.
- This product combines a ticket and a limited express. If you use a conventional line from a Shinkansen train station or from an off-train station, you will need to pay a separate fare for the conventional line.

Refund
You can make a refund by yourself before entering the ticket gate or before receiving your ticket.

You cannot operate the refund yourself. Refunds will be made automatically on the day following the boarding date with a fee of 320 Yen.

If you have already received the ticket, you cannot refund it by yourself. Please bring the ticket and your credit card for EX Service payment to any major JR Tokai, JR West, or JR Kyushu station by the day of boarding to complete the refund procedure. In this case, the redemption fee is the same as the member's own redemption.
