Q.【Supreme Class】When boarding with an IC card, how can I check my reservation details (train name, departure time, seat location, etc.)?
When you touch your IC card or QRticket for boarding at the automatic ticket gate of a Shinkansen boarding station, an "EX Boarding Pass (Seat Information)" will be issued from the Shinkansen ticket gate.
The "EX Boarding Pass (Seat Information)" allows you to confirm the reserved train name, departure/arrival times, seat location, and other details.
You can also check your reservation details after logging in to Smart EX by selecting [Check/Change/Refund Reservations] from the menu screen on a browser, or from [Reservation List] on the app.
* When using Supreme Class, a Green Car mark will be displayed on the EX Boarding Pass (Seat Information).
* Starting September 15, 2026 (Tuesday), a service will be launched on the ""EX App"" that allows you to easily check your "Seat Information" on your device.
