Q.【Supreme Class】I had reserved Supreme Class, but the train configuration has been changed to one without Supreme Class. What should I do about my reservation?

If the train formation is changed to one without Supreme Class due to service suspension or other reasons, please make the change yourself before the departure time.

Also, if you find out after boarding that the train does not have Supreme Class, please inform the conductor or other staff.
