Q.[Pre-sale Requests] Can I make a pre-sale request for a round-trip discount fare with the return trip on a later date?
The pre-sale requests are processed from 10:00 am on the day tickets go on sale. If the departure date for the return trip is different from that of the outbound trip, the pre-sale request cannot be processed for the return trip.
If you wish to purchase a round-trip discount fare through a pre-sale requests with a date of the return trip later than the date of the outbound trip, please specify the desired train for the outbound trip and reserve your return trip with non-reserved seat on the same day. Then, change the details of your return trip after 10:00 am on the day tickets for your desired return trip go on sale.
Please note that this method does not guarantee you seats on the train you select for your return trip.
