If you canceled your order but you are still being billed. Info

It is possible that you did not make it to the completion screen when you canceled,
or you forgot to cancel.
In this case, we will refund the amount of the cancellation fee to your credit card the following day, minus a handling fee.
(When you cancel, you will receive an email to your registered email address stating that the cancellation has been completed. If you do not receive an email indicating that your cancellation has been completed, it is possible that you have not completed the cancellation operation to the end).

If you do not perform the cancellation operation yourself, it will not be considered as cancelled.

If you have received a ticket and do not board the train, you will not automatically receive a refund; you will need to go to a JR Tokai, JR West, or JR Kyushu station to obtain a refund.
