As we announced on March 23, 2022, Tokaido Sanyo Shinkansen Internet Reservation Service will provide services on all Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu Shinkansen (between Tokyo and Kagoshima-Chuo) from Saturday, June 25, 2022, by extending the service area to the Kyushu Shinkansen section (between Hakata and Kagoshima-Chuo)!
Accompanying the extension of Service area, we change the Service Name and partially revise Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy and Supplements.
(1) Expansion of Service Area and Change of Service Name
Due to the expansion of Service Area to the Kyushu Shinkansen section (between Hakata and Kagoshima-Chuo), you can make a reservation on all Tokaido Sanyo Kyushu Shinkansen (between Tokyo and Kagoshima-Chuo).
*For each fare, reservations can be made for sections including the Kyushu Shinkansen line (between Hakata and Kagoshima-Chuo), from 5:30 on Saturday, June 25, 2022.
Note that until Friday, June 24, 2022, reservations cannot be made for sections including the Kyushu Shinkansen line.
Also, accompanying the expansion of Service Area, we change the Service Name.

(2) Partial revision of Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Supplements
From Saturday, June 25, 2022, we will partially revise the membership agreements, etc. as follows.

Due to the partial revision of the membership agreements, etc., if you are logging in to Tokaido Sanyo Shinkansen Internet Reservation Service for the first time on or after Saturday June 25, 2022, please agree to them on the login page before login (EEA supplements is not subject to agree).
(3) About Fares
○ Section of Kyushu Shinkansen
As is the case with the Tokaido Sanyo Shinkansen section, “smartEX Service” and “smartEX-round trip” (for ordinary car reserved seats, Green cars (First class cars), and ordinary car non-reserved seats) will go on sale for the Kyushu Shinkansen section. 〇 Hayatoku Fare
We will release new two types of tickets, "Hayatoku-21 Wide" and "Hayatoku-Green Wide" from Saturday, June 25, 2022.

* We will inform about period of use and applicable trains, etc. on Saturday June 25, on website.
* ”Hayatoku-21” and “Hayatoku-Green” will no longer be available for purchase after tickets for Friday June 24, 2022.
