Tokyo Subway Ticket - Discount on unlimited use of the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway!

Customers who use Tokaido Sanyo Kyushu Shinkansen Reservation Service to travel from Shizuoka prefecture or further west to Tokyo are eligible for a Tokyo Subway Ticket, allowing unlimited access to the 9 Tokyo Metro Subway lines and the 4 Toei Subway Lines, a total of 13 lines!
In addition, those who purchase this ticket will also receive Chikatoku - a guide map featuring coupons for destinations along the subway lines! Be sure to check it out if you’re traveling to Tokyo.

Tokyo Subway Ticket Conditions

Eligible Customers

Customers who used Tokaido Sanyo Kyushu Shinkansen Reservation Service to travel from stations in Shizuoka or further west (between Atami and Hakata) to Tokyo or Shinagawa station.

Please note, customers traveling from Odawara or Shin-Yokohama are not eligible.

Requirements at the time of purchase

Customers who used an IC Card or a QR-Ticket will need to present their seat information issued at the ticket gates at their boarding station, while customers who used a ticket will need to present their sales slip received from ticket machines at the time of ticket pick-up.

Each seat information or sales slip may only be used once for one Tokyo Subway Ticket.

  • When using a used ticket to purchase Tokyo Subway Tickets, you will be able to purchase a limited number of Tokyo Subway Tickets according to the number of people on the sales slip.
  • The seat information or sales slip must be for the same day as the Tokyo Subway Ticket, or no more than two days before.
    Eg. To purchase for October 3rd, you will need to show seat information or a sales slip for October 1st, 2nd or 3rd.
  • Tokyo Subway Tickets can only be purchased in cash.
  • Please note Tokyo Subway Tickets cannot be purchased if you have a regular ticket.

What is the “Tokyo Subway Ticket”?

Tokyo Subway Ticket (24 Hours) allows you to enjoy the sites of Tokyo for cheaper than the price of a regular common daily ticket for Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway (900 Yen).
The 48 hour (1,200 Yen) and 72 hour (1,500 Yen) tickets offer even bigger discounts.
